Mid-Tier and Fully Custom add an XML sitemap, Google Analytics traffic stats, a Google search ranking optimization plugin, and basic SEO service. Fully Custom also adds e-commerce functionality, unlimited products and categories, and support for multiple payment methods.
Basic (HK$800/month): monthly core system updates, plugin security patches, monthly database backups, 1 hour tech support. Pro Growth (HK$1,800/month): weekly system updates, weekly database backups, content edits (3/month), 3 hours tech support, priority handling. Enterprise (HK$3,500/month): daily off-site backups, continuous automated security monitoring, SEO optimization suggestions, unlimited minor fixes, priority WhatsApp support.
Website Operations & Maintenance (regular WordPress core and plugin updates, daily off-site cloud backups, continuous automated security vulnerability scans, 1 hour/month copy/image update support); AI SEO Ranking Growth (2 high-quality AI SEO articles/month, core keyword ranking monitoring, technical SEO structure optimization, backlink building); and Social & Ad Management (ad copy and visual design, audience analysis and precise targeting, A/B testing and ROI optimization, detailed monthly conversion reports). The listed features are what each plan includes. Two published qualifications apply: from the second year, only basic renewal maintenance fees apply for hosting and domain; and if requirements change significantly during development, WebMaster HK reserves the right to adjust quotations and development timelines.
The general payment flow in the Terms of Service is: 50% deposit upon contract signing; 30% after UI/UX design confirmation; remaining 20% after project launch and acceptance. Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable except in cases where the project cannot start due to the Company's reasons.
